During the May Tenants Network we will be looking at the subject of Complaints.

How are complaints dealt with by your Landlord? Are they seen as Opportunities or Threats?

As involved tenants do you encourage other tenants to make a complaint? (If they’ve been through the proper process)

Why don’t tenants complain to their Landlord?

Does your landlord advertise how complaints have been dealt with? Lessons learnt, changes to procedures etc.
Who should attend?
Tenants who have an interest in networking, sharing good practice and hearing about Tenant Participation from other tenants in Wales.
