A training session for members of staff and volunteers who may support people with the digital skills needed to access Universal Credit online.

Discuss the personal skills required to support someone to get online.

• Consider the transferable digital skills associated with accessing online services such as Universal Credit.
• Consider barriers to getting online and how we may support someone.
• Overview resources for supporting people with Universal Credit.
