Mindfulness with Melanie Sinclair
This short one hour Mindfulness Introduction session helps participants understand what mindfulness is and the benefits that can come from using some regular mindfulness practice. Most of the session is an opportunity to experience a few simple mindfulness practices which we can use every day to help us calm our body and mind so that we are able to get a clearer perspective and become more resilient to life’s challenges. I also provide some references and information on useful mindfulness apps and tips for use everyday if participants choose to explore mindfulness further.
