This webinar provides an overview to get you thinking about your career, health and wellbeing and what positive choices you may want to make to enjoy the later life you want.  Some of the topics that will be included are skills, career planning, mental wellbeing, work-life balance and managing stress. The webinar is part of the Age at Work programme, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and is aimed at individuals aged 50 years and over.
